GSA adopts a flexible working culture built on trust.

GSA embraces a trust-based flexible work culture, with many of our office-based colleagues spending time working from our portfolio of offices, in other locations within our geography and working from home. The principle being that we work from where best allows us to successfully deliver a brilliant service to our customers. This allows for a better work life balance and is dependent on local management decisions and role requirements.

The expectations of where and when you will work will be discussed as part of the recruitment process, as this is role specific.

Our Health and Safety team have developed remote risk assessments and safety guidance for our homeworking colleagues.

We currently have offices dispersed across our locality model in Aldridge, Brindley Place, Gloucester, Chippenham, Oxford and Darlaston.

Our Workspace Project

We have recently created and moved to our new head office at 10 Brindleyplace, Birmingham. Additionally, we are working to reduce the number of workspace locations and transform our offices to reflect the working styles and preferences of our employees. Our goal is to create spaces where our colleagues want to come, as opposed to somewhere they have to come.

Our workspace locations reflect our locality model so that office-based colleagues can work as part of a hybrid model, field-based colleagues have a local hub to visit, and that we have flexible options for how customers can contact us.
