Careers Listening to our people
Colleague Voices is a platform where employees can actively represent and advocate for their peers' views, opinions, and ideas to help shape our organisation.
Colleague Voices
Colleague Voices is a forum that gives colleagues an active role in championing colleagues' views, opinions and ideas to help shape our organisation.
Our elected Colleague Voices representatives ensure that each and every colleague voice is heard, helping to make GSA a great place to work.
Colleague Voices aims to:
- Embrace change and challenge the status quo - creating an open and transparent environment
- Help us become a more informed workforce through improved communication
- Reduce colleague turnover
- Support GSA in being an employer of choice
- Support in organisation efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
- Empower and engage colleagues
- Measure results of success through engagement activities
The Colleague Voices representatives role has a broad remit of responsibilities - everything from diversity and inclusivity discussions, business change programmes to changes in policies and procedures.
Representatives actively involve other colleagues in regular discussion and problem-solving activities, ensuring everyone can get involved in what's going on in their workplace and can have a say.
Menopause Support Group
As well as our Colleague Voices, at GSA, we are beginning to make significant strides and are increasing the visibility of menopause. To continue our commitment to making a supportive and understanding workplace for colleagues going through the menopause, we are pleased to announce that we have signed up to the Menopause Workplace Pledge. A monthly menopause support group also meets regularly to provide a breather.
EDI Forum
To underpin our EDI mission, we have created our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Forum or EDI Forum for short, which is a colleague-led group who work together to ensure fairness and equality is at the forefront of everything we do here at GreenSquareAccord. Ambassadors meet regularly to discuss ways to raise awareness and engage with colleagues through discussions, campaigns and events.
