Menopause Workplace Pledge
To continue our commitment to making GreenSquareAccord a supportive and understanding workplace for colleagues going through the menopause, we have signed up to the Menopause Workplace Pledge.
Organised by women's health charity, Wellbeing of Women, the pledge recognises organisations who talk openly, positively and respectfully about the menopause and that take positive action to make sure everyone going through the menopause is supported.
We have a range of support available around menopause, including our monthly Menopause Support Group which provides an open and supportive forum to discuss experiences of the menopause and develop an understanding of how to support others going through it.
