The GSA Way is our culture and it is very special to us as it’s the product of a collective effort by colleagues to set out what sort of organisation we want to be.
Doings things the GSA Way
Our commitments are the culture that defines who we are, they shape the way we interact with our customers and colleagues, impact the way we prioritise and make decisions, and are the way we do things around here.
We developed the GSA Way to showcase our five commitments and the series of behaviours which sit underneath each of them. We believe these behaviours define our leadership style and shape how our colleagues act. They are the foundation that underpins our business operations. We use them to recruit, recognise excellent work and manage performance. It's simply how we do things!
Our behavioural framework maps out the behaviours that bring our culture to life within our day-to-day work.
Our behaviours are split into three categories:
Leading: for line managers and aspiring leaders.
Behaviours you demonstrate consistently as a leader or are developing if you are aspiring to become a line manager.
Contributing: for all colleagues.
Behaviours you demonstrate consistently, and which helps bring our culture to life everyday. Simply put, they are how we do things around here.
Blocking: behaviours which go against how we do things around here.
