Homebuilding Charfield Gardens, South Gloucestershire
Working in partnership with Barratt Homes, we are providing 42 affordable new homes in the charming South Gloucestershire village of Charfield.
As part of the larger Charfield Gardens development, we are providing 31 homes for social rent and making another 11 available under a low-cost home ownership scheme.
All of the homes come with their own parking space and Barratt Homes have also planted an orchard close to the development complete with apple, pear, and plum trees.
