Homebuilding Lightmoor Garden Village, Telford

Working in partnership with Jessup and Bournville Village Trust, we will be providing 74 new affordable homes in Lightmoor Garden Village, Telford.

Lightmoor The Croppings

The new homes, located in The Croppings phase 2 section of the larger Lightmoor Garden Village Development, will meet a variety of local housing need and include:

  • 45 homes reserved for affordable rent 
  • 29 homes made available under a shared ownership scheme

Incoming residents to The Croppings phase 2, will be able to enjoy all that Lightmoor Garden Village has to offer with a primary school, nursery and retail units on their doorstep.
