Ken Youngman

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Ken comes with many year's experience in housing and has a track record as a senior finance executive.

Ken has just completed a short contract supporting Centrepoint in London, a Youth Homelessness charity, where as Interim Director of Finance and Corporate Services he has helped initiate a transformation project.

Prior to this he covered an Interim CFO role at Sovereign Housing, supporting a merger with Network Homes and creating a strong 80,000 homes group across London and the South East.

At Transport for London, as Commercial Finance Director, he set up a new growth and investment strategy for a portfolio of income generating assets, with a plan to fund and develop 10,000 new homes (50% affordable) on TfL land.

For 16 years he was Group Finance Director at Family Mosaic, a housing association responsible for 25,000 homes. While there he was chair of the G15 Finance Directors Group and a member of the Finance Policy Advisory Group of the National Housing Federation.

Ken is a voluntary board member of YMCA St Pauls Group. In 2016 he was awarded Financial Director of the Year by the Housing Association National Accounting Awards and, winning the Finance Team of the Year Award in 2017.
