Working in partnership with Upper Langley Group we will deliver new homes available under a low-cost home ownership scheme and for an affordable rent in a highly desirable location close to Newport.

This development will contain:

  • 2 two-bedroom houses and 4 three-bedroom houses for shared ownership
  • 12 two-bedroom houses and 6 three-bedroom houses for affordable rent 

Planned completion: phased completion from Spring 2025
