We’re recruiting four new Customer Panel members
Today, we’ve launched the search for four new members to join our Customer Panel.
Our Customer Panel collaborates with teams at GSA to influence, shape, and drive improvements in performance and service. The panel also ensures that we operate with transparency, accountability, and openness.
We are committed to working closely with our customers to enhance our services. We are seeking passionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact and promote positive change for all our customers.

Natalie Jones, our Head of Community Involvement and Investment, said: "At GSA, we strive to provide our customers with various opportunities to influence our work, participate in performance scrutiny, and offer recommendations for improvement.
"We’re looking for panel members who are enthusiastic about representing the customer’s voice to help us drive performance and service enhancements at GSA.
“We’re particularly keen to recruit members from localities one, two, and three, to ensure the panel reflects the diversity of the four localities we serve."
