We’ve joined the Reimagining the Region Network
We’ve recently joined the Reimagining the Region Network.
The network was established by an independent think tank, Centre for the Midlands, and brings together diverse organisations who share a common goal of making the West Midlands an even better place to live, work, play, study and invest.
The Reimagining the Region Network was launched by the West Midlands Mayor in 2021 and has since grown into a partnership of over 65 members from different sectors hailing from across the region.
The benefits of network membership include:
- Opportunities to engage with the West Midland’s most senior decision makers
- Priority invitations to participate in roundtables
- The opportunity to provide thought leadership pieces
- A great place to network with other likeminded organisations.
Our Chief Executive Ruth Cooke said: “As a major provider of social housing and care in the West Midlands it feels like a natural step for us to join the Centre for the Midlands’ pioneering network. To continue to move forward, the West Midlands must address the housing shortage. This is something Richard Parker, the recently-elected West Midlands Mayor has identified as a clear priority.
“We are looking forward to working alongside fellow members of the network as we continue to work together for the benefit of the West Midlands.”
Other members of the Reimagining the Region Network include fellow housing associations whg and Midland Heart, Birmingham Airport, higher education providers and local businesses.
