Homebuilding Balds Lane, Lye
Working with Owl Partnerships, under a design and build contract, we have transformed the former site of Jubilee Works on Balds Lane into 89 affordable homes.
At this development we’re providing a range of homes including one and two-bed apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses. All of our 89 homes at Balds Lane are available for an affordable rent and include:
- 35 houses
- 54 apartments
Our new development on Balds Lane is well located with amenities on Lye High Street just a ten-minute walk away and the incoming residents will have a supermarket within a mile of their new home.
