Phillip Lyons

Board Member

Phillip Lyons brings over 40 years of experience in the construction and development industry.

He initially trained and qualified as a quantity surveyor with EC Harris & Partners and then progressed to various leadership roles, including Director positions in Commercial and Land, as well as senior executive roles, including Divisional Managing Director for London and the South East at Taylor Wimpey and CEO at Countryside in manufacturing and operations. During his tenure at each, he was also a member of the Executive Committee.

Currently, Phillip serves as Managing Director of the North at Tilia Homes and holds a Non-Executive Director (NED) position on the board of GreenSquareAccord, where he provides governance support and chairs the Investment Committee. Phillip also holds a qualification from the Chartered Institute of Building.
