GSA embraces a trust-based flexible work culture, with many of our office-based colleagues spending time working from our portfolio of offices, in other locations within our geography and working from home. The principle being that we work from where best allows us to successfully deliver a brilliant service to our customers. This allows for a better work-life balance and is dependent on local management decisions and role requirements.

The expectations of where and when you will work will be discussed as part of the recruitment process, as this is role specific.

Our Health and Safety team have developed remote risk assessments and safety guidance for our homeworking colleagues.

We currently have offices dispersed across our locality model in Birmingham, Aldridge, Gloucester, Chippenham, Oxford and Darlaston.

Our head office at  is at 10 Brindleyplace, Birmingham. We are working to reduce the number of workspace locations we currently have and ensure our work spaces reflect the working styles and preferences of our employees. Our goal is to create spaces where our colleagues want to come, as opposed to somewhere they have to come.
