Prior to her current role, Ashling held Executive Leadership positions at fellow housing associations Peabody and Bromford. Throughout her career, she has built extensive experience in customer-focused leadership roles at some of the UK’s most recognised organisations, including RAC, The AA, and HomeServe.

Ashling has led large scale transformation programmes centred on enhancing customer experience, strengthening regulatory compliance, and delivering measurable improvements in satisfaction, safety, and financial performance. She holds an Executive MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
