Gail brings a variety of experience to our Board having worked for commercial and non-for-profit organisations.

Having trained as an accountant, Gail has been in the housing sector for more than two decades operating at the senior leadership level.

Most recently, she was employed as Chief Executive at fellow housing association Broadacres. She was previously the Director of Finance and Corporate Services at fellow housing association Accent Group. In this position, Gail played a leading role in restoring Accent Group to a V1 and G1 status following an inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing.

Gail has a strong track record of helping housing providers to deliver energy efficiency upgrades programmes and has experience of serving on executive boards for both housing associations and financial institutions. Currently, she is Board member of The Housing Finance Corporation and the Chorley Building Society previously she was on the board of the National Housing Federation.
