Martin Tiplady is the Managing Director of Chameleon People Solutions Ltd – a HR and Management consultancy. Previously, he was the HR Director of the Metropolitan Police, The Berkeley Group plc, Westminster Heath Care plc and The Housing Corporation. He is a Chartered Companion of the CIPD and previously served as their Vice President with portfolio responsibility for Diversity.

Martin was – until recently – the Senior Independent Director of Midland Heart and chaired their Audit and Risk and Remuneration Committees. He has previous experience as an NED at Roffey Park Business Institute, The University of Westminster and Job Centre Plus. Martin has received several awards including the coveted HR Director of the Year from The Daily Telegraph. In 2010, he was awarded the OBE for services to HR and Policing. Recently, he was named as one of the most influential people in HR today.
