Mona brings more than two decades of experience working in finance leadership roles within our sector.

As our Chief Finance and Investment Officer, Mona provides financial leadership and advice to the organisation, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the development and execution of financial strategies. She also plays a role in the organisation's overall strategic direction, particularly in areas related to financial matters. 

Most recently, Mona served as Chief Financial Officer for fellow social landlord Grand Union Housing Group having supported their merger with Longhurst Group.
