We provide personalised dementia care and support across a broad spectrum of needs from pre-diagnosis to end-of-life.
Our award-winning teams will support you at every stage of your dementia journey. We’re committed to the highest standards of training and our person-centred approach to care means you’re treated as an individual with compassion and respect.
We work in collaboration with a number of key organisations, including St Giles Hospice and Alzheimer’s Society, which allows us to increase the range and reach of services we offer.
We pride ourselves on innovation and adopt philosophies that align with best practice, such as the Green House Model and Namaste.
Our dementia services
Residential care
We provide high-quality care and support for people living with dementia and complex needs at our specialist residential care homes:
Extra care
Our extra care services are sometimes known as ‘housing with care’. You’ll be living in your self-contained home, while our expert team is on hand to provide personal care and support when you need it. You’ll have access to facilities such as communal lounges, hairdressing salons and laundry rooms, and still be able to retain your privacy and independence.
Visit our older people page to find out more about our extra care schemes.
Home care
We deliver tailored home care to enable you to stay living independently in your own home – whether you need a 30-minute visit to help you to prepare a meal, a personal bathing visit or palliative care.
Visit our home care page to find out more about the different types of home care we offer and which locations we cover.
Community services
Our Pathways 4 Life scheme provides information, advice and signposting for people in Walsall with dementia and their loved ones.
We run dementia cafés where you can get advice and make friends over a cup of tea and our dementia personal assistants (PAD) can support you in the early weeks after your diagnosis.
Our specialist dementia support workers also provide support and training for care homes, hospitals and hard-to-reach groups.
To access our Pathways 4 Life services, please contact Pat Roberts on 07788 385 447 or Stella Templeton on 07702 256 306.
