Our mental health services
Nursing and residential care
We provide 24/7 nursing and residential care at our dedicated schemes for people with mental health issues, including step up and step down, crisis intervention and intensive mental health rehabilitation:
Supported living
At our supported living schemes, you can live independently but still be part of a small community of other adults with mental health conditions. Our support workers are on hand to help you with day-to-day tasks, such as cooking and meal planning, money and budgeting, and managing your medication. You’ll play a key part in making decisions about the support we offer you at the scheme to make sure our services meet your individual needs:
How to find the right mental health service for you
You will usually need to be referred to our services by your local authority, clinical commissioning group (CCG) or social worker. Sometimes, you can also contact our schemes directly to apply for a place.
