Fallings Heath, Walsall

Fallings Heath provides excellent person-centred support for four young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a quiet, residential street.

The scheme’s positive community presence allows service users to develop independence and a range of life skills, furthered with individual ensuite rooms. A shared lounge, dining room and kitchen enables service users to have privacy when wanted but regular and important opportunities to develop domestic and social skills. Levels of support are offered flexibly and in line with the person’s individual needs, maximising their sense of dignity, respect and individuality.

Operating hours

Residential, with staff on site 24-hours per day.

Care provision

Residential care for up to four adults aged between 18+ with learning disabilities.

Getting a placement

Referrals for this service can be made through Staffordshire or Walsall Council or by contacting the scheme directly. The residential placement cost is funded by the council with an assessed contribution paid by each service user.
