Harborne House is a care scheme for to up to four women with learning disabilities and complex needs, providing round the clock care in a popular residential area of Birmingham.
With four individual bedrooms and shared facilities, residents have the opportunity to socialise and interact with each other and their local community, developing important life skills, independence and self-esteem.
Set in its own enclosed gardens and only a short walk from local shops and amenities, Harborne House provides a flexible level of support based on the needs and wishes of the individual. Individuals are encouraged and supported to make everyday choices and decisions in all aspects of their lives.

Getting a placement
Referrals can be made by Birmingham City Council or by contacting the scheme directly. Admissions are planned with the customer and their family, carers and associated professionals. Information obtained helps to form an initial care and support plan, which is regularly reviewed and amended. Placements are funded by Birmingham City Council.
