Set in a quiet neighbourhood in Great Wyrley, Hob Meadow’s residents have individual bedrooms with extensive shared facilities. Dedicated and experienced staff are on hand to encourage and assist each resident progress their learning and confidence, while nearby shops, amenities and transport links help residents of Hob Meadow to feel active and included members of the local community. Hob Meadow delivers round the clock care and support in a smart bungalow with its own garden, providing homely, well-equipped facilities for residents to enjoy and develop within.

Referrals for this service can be made through Staffordshire or Walsall Council or by contacting the scheme directly. The residential placement cost is funded by the council with an assessed contribution paid by each service user.
