To ensure this recognition truly reflects the experience of our customers, our Customer Panel will be responsible for selecting the winners of the award.

What is the Customer Choice Award?
Our new Customer Choice Award lets you nominate a GSA colleague who has made a real difference to you or your community. They may have fixed something brilliantly, solved a tricky problem, or supported you in a time of need.
If someone has gone above and beyond for you, show your appreciation by nominating them for the Customer Choice Award.
How it works
If a GSA colleague has impressed you, we want to hear about it! Simply fill out a short form with your contact details and explain why you're nominating them.
All nominations will be reviewed, and our GSA Customer Panel will shortlist three finalists. If your nominee is selected, we will contact you for more details and to discuss the possibility of you featuring in a video to help share their story.
How to nominate
Nominating a colleague is easy! Simply complete the short nomination form below.
We keep the submission process as simple as possible but we need enough information so our shortlisting panel can make decisions about who should win.
That’s why we ask you to outline in up to 500 words why you think the individual or team you are nominating should win. You don’t need to use all 500 words but please try to give us as much information as possible.
The deadline for nominations is Friday 11 April 2025.
