New developments Airfield House, Long Marston
Construction is now underway on our Airfield House development which will help transform a former RAF site in Warwickshire into a thriving community of affordable homes.
Working in partnership with Vistry we will deliver 60 new affordable homes in Long Marston, Warwickshire.
This development will comprise:
- 25 homes for affordable rent
- 13 homes for social rent
- 22 homes available under a shared ownership scheme
Our new homes at Airfield House will include one and two-bedroom apartments and maisonettes alongside two, three and four-bedroom houses.
The first homes available for purchase under a shared ownership scheme at Airfield House will be on the market by Spring 2025.
