An exciting development where we are building 75 new homes for social rent on a historic needle and thread manufacturing site.
This development offers a range of housing options, including:

All properties have been designed with modern living in mind and will be built using energy-efficient timber panels, manufactured at our state-of-the-art LoCaL Homes facility in Walsall.

- Electric vehicle charging points
Residents living in the apartments will have access to electric vehicle charging points in the communal car park. Secure, rainproof bicycle storage will also be available on site.
Planned completion: Phased completion between November 2024 and March 2025.

These properties will be managed by Redditch Co-operative Homes. Their waiting list will open in January 2024.
You must be registered on Redditch Borough Council's Redditch Homes system before you can join the waiting list.
