We prioritise our tenants for these homes, as well as tenants of other social housing associations and applicants on local authority housing registers.

If you’re moving from another rented property, you may need to give 28 days’ notice to leave, and you’ll need to pay your final month’s rent at the end of your tenancy.

We normally expect new tenants to pay one month's rent in advance. If you feel this could be a problem for you, please discuss this with us when we first contact you about the property. In certain circumstances, we may be able to reach an agreement on how you can pay.

If you don’t hear from us within 10 working days of sending your expression of interest, please assume you have not been successful on this occasion.

You can still express interest in other properties we advertise, but we’ll only contact you if we’re able to progress your enquiry.
