We occasionally have homes that become available for rent immediately. We prioritise current GSA tenants for these homes, as well as tenants of other social housing associations and applicants on local authority housing registers. All properties are allocated in accordance with GSA’s lettings policy.
If you’re moving from another rented property, you may need to give 28 days’ notice to leave, and you’ll need to pay your final month’s rent at the end of your tenancy.

If we are considering your application, we will contact you within 10 working days. If you don’t hear from us in that time, please assume you have not been successful on this occasion. You can still register your interest in any other properties, but we’ll only contact you if we’re able to progress your enquiry.
Rent in advance
All new tenants are required to pay a minimum of one week’s rent in advance without exception. If this might cause a problem for you, please discuss the issue with us when we first contact you about your application.
