The report features a series of video interviews with our customers to enable us to showcase the difference our work makes.
We work closely with members of our Customer Panel to shape the content and style of the report.
We want to be open with our customers about our performance, our services and how we plan to improve, and this report plays a crucial role in enabling us to achieve this.
All social housing providers are required to produce an annual report of their performance for each financial year by the end of September by the Regulator of Social Housing.
