The infographic is a key part of how we share our performance monthly with customers. It focuses on the three areas of our landlord service that customers have told us matter most to their experience:

- Complaints
After listening to our Customer Panel, we’ve made the infographic easier to read and more useful. It now presents the information in a clearer format, with a sharper focus on what customers say makes the biggest difference between a good and poor experience.
