First customers move into our stunning new affordable homes at Via Alveus

We’ve handed over the keys to the first customers moving into our affordable homes Broad Blunsdon, North Swindon.

Our new homes in Broad Blunsdon are located in the larger GreenSquare Homes development at Via Alveus. Via Alveus is a mixed tenure development comprising 43 homes available for open market sale and a proportion reserved for affordable housing.

We’re providing 13 new homes at Via Alveus with nine designated for affordable rent and the remaining made available under a shared ownership scheme.
