We’re providing new affordable homes in East Hagbourne, Oxfordshire

We are working in partnership with Deanfield Homes and Homes England to provide 11 two-bedroom affordable homes in a village close to Didcot, Oxfordshire.

Our new homes in East Hagbourne are located within the Deanfield Green development, built by developer Deansfield Homes, and will all be available under a low-cost home ownership scheme.

East Hagbourne is a charming village with a play area, close to a disused railway which is now a popular walking route and boasts a well-regarded local pub which serves traditional fare.

Alongside the listed 15th, 16th and 17th century buildings East Hagbourne’s other claim to fame is appearing in an 1975 episode of Doctor Who entitled ‘The Android Invasion.’

Prices for the shared ownership homes start from £142,000 based on a 40% share. Shares are available from 25% to 75%. Applicants will need to pass a financial assessment prior to attending a viewing or making a reservation.
