By participating in GreenSquareAccord’s prize draw, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
Neither employees of GreenSquareAccord, nor their family members, shall be permitted to enter the prize draw.
All participants must be over the age of 18 years. Winners may be requested to provide proof of ID, and the ID must be in the name of the person who has entered the prize draw.
There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
Closing dates and times stated will be in UK time (Great Britain). No further entries to the prize draw will be permitted after the stated closing date. No responsibility can be accepted by GreenSquareAccord for entries after the closing date. It is the entrants’ responsibility to ensure that their entry arrives with us on time.
GreenSquareAccord reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend the prize draw without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control.
The winners will be notified by post, phone or email within 21 days of the closing date.
GreenSquareAccord is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to the entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
Winners will be chosen at random using random number generator software from all entries received.
GreenSquareAccord will endeavour to deliver the prize to the winner, but if not possible, will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. Where the prize can be posted it will be sent by recorded delivery.
Winners must accept prizes within 14 days of notification. If the participant cannot be contacted or does not provide a postal or email address to which the prize can be sent within seven days of notification, GreenSquareAccord reserves the right to withdraw the prize. If winners are unable to take the prize for whatever reason, a redraw will take place.
GreenSquareAccord may use the winner’s name (first name only) in publicity material unless the winner opts out. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. The prize is not transferable and subject to availability. GreenSquareAccord reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of equivalent or greater value without giving notice. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits.
Where there is any inconsistency between these General Terms and Conditions and any Special Terms for a particular prize draw, the Special Terms will override the General Terms.
GreenSquareAccord’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This prize draw and terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive authority of the courts of England.
Any tax liability, because of entry, is the participant’s own.
