Melvyn is a Chartered Accountant and prior to joining the Housing Association sector in 2013, Melvyn had extensive experience in Strategic, Operational and Financial Management based both in the US and UK.

He is currently Deputy Chief Executive at LiveWest Homes and is passionate about Social Housing and the difference it makes in society.
