Colleague Voices

Colleague Voices is a forum that gives colleagues an active role in championing colleagues' views, opinions and ideas to help shape our organisation.

Our elected Colleague Voices representatives ensure that each and every colleague voice is heard, helping to make GSA a great place to work.

Colleague Voices aims to:

  • Embrace change and challenge the status quo - creating an open and transparent environment
  • Help us become a more informed workforce through improved communication
  • Reduce colleague turnover
  • Support GSA in being an employer of choice
  • Support in organisation efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
  • Empower and engage colleagues
  • Measure results of success through engagement activities

The Colleague Voices representatives role has a broad remit of responsibilities - everything from diversity and inclusivity discussions, business change programmes to changes in policies and procedures.

Representatives actively involve other colleagues in regular discussion and problem-solving activities, ensuring everyone can get involved in what's going on in their workplace and can have a say.
