Gillian is a qualified housing professional with a wealth of experience in social housing, gained from more than three decades working in the sector.

She has held a variety of roles, including Housing Officer, Area Services Manager, and Maintenance Services Manager.

In her most recent role as Head of Planned Maintenance, Gillian led on asset strategies for property improvements, safety compliance, estate improvements, and carbon retrofit projects.

She brings extensive experience in working closely with residents and understands the importance of quality homes, good neighbourhoods, and being a responsible landlord.

Now retired, Gillian remains passionate about social housing. Through her Board roles, she continues to ensure residents are heard, supported, and have a safe, warm, and decent place to call home.
