Jason brings a wealth of knowledge to GreenSquareAccord gained through more than 30 years of operational experience in the social housing sector.

As Chief Property Officer, Jason oversees the delivery of services within our Property Directorate, including repairs and maintenance, investment and asset management, and the compliance of property-related consumer standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing.

He started his career in the local authority as an Architectural Technologist, before moving into contract management for development projects, property improvements, and safety compliance. Jason has since led large, geographically dispersed teams at national housing providers across the Midlands and London. Jason spent over a decade supporting other organisations as an independent board member of a Midlands housing association, and serving on the West Midlands committee of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
