You can now register for your new myGSA online account
We’ve updated our online customer portal to make it easier for you to access your information and our services.
Your myGSA account gives you access to:
- Diagnose and report repairs
- Check upcoming appointments
- View your account balance and payment history
- Print statements
- Make secure payments
- Send and receive messages
- Update your personal details.
You’ll need to register for a new account to start using the portal. Registration is quick and easy, and we’ve included step-by-step instructions below to get you started.
How to register
- Go to myGSA
- Click Register in the navigation menu
- Fill in your details – make sure all fields marked with a * are completed
- Click Register to submit your registration.
The more information you provide, the quicker and easier it is for us to verify your account.
