We're building 51 new homes for affordable rent on the former Eagle Works site in Willenhall.

This exciting development will transform the former factory site and provide a range of energy efficient homes, including:

  • One-bedroom apartments
  • Two-bedroom apartments
  • Two-bedroom houses
  • Three-bedroom houses
  • Four-bedroom houses

Under the current plans, the houses will have gardens at the back, with spacing between dwellings in line with Walsall Council’s standards. Apartment block residents will have access to a shared open courtyard, which will be screened by landscaped areas.

Local amenities and shops will be within walking distance, and residents will have access to bicycle storage, nearby bus routes and ample parking.

Planned completion: Late 2023 to 2024
