We’re building 25 new, energy-efficient, and affordable homes on the former site of a church in Winyates, Redditch

Our new housing scheme in Winyates will include:

  • 12 homes reserved for social rent
  • 13 homes will be available under a shared ownership scheme

Once complete, the homes will be transferred to Winaytes Cooperative Homes to manage. A housing co-operative is run and by its tenant members who are drawn from the local community.

How to apply

These properties will be managed by Redditch Co-operatives Homes. You must be registered on Redditch Borough Council's Redditch Homes system before you can join the waiting list.
