Our Customer Roadshows have started!
This summer, our Community Involvement and Investment Team are hosting face-to-face events to engage with our customers across various communities.
Having already kicked off last Friday (26 July) in Daventry, our customer roadshows will also be making stops in Wiltshire, Gloucester, Dudley, Birmingham, Chippenham, Walsall, and Banbury.
We are committed to listening to our customers and working with them to improve our services. Our customers are invited to attend their nearest summer roadshow event to:
- Meet the team providing services in their area
- Ask questions and share feedback
- Discuss any community safety concerns or worries confidentially
- Discover how to get involved.
Natalie Jones, our Head of Community Involvement and Investment, said: “The first roadshow in Daventry was held last week. We connected with our customers, heard their thoughts, and gathered valuable feedback.
“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. It was great to see colleagues interacting with our customers and supporting their needs.
“Our customer roadshows this summer are facilitating meaningful interactions between colleagues and customers, enabling us to provide a service that truly aligns with our customers’ needs.”
Any customers who attend a roadshow event will be entered into a prize draw to win £250 worth of shopping vouchers.
We are committed to visiting all our communities as part of our customer roadshows. Last year we visited Cradley Heath, Corsham, Oxford, Coventry, Calne, Wolverhampton, Bilston, Chippenham, Purton and Brierley Hill.
