Our Customer Roadshows return this summer!
Last year, we held out first summer roadshows and we are now gearing up for our 2024 programme, where we will be visiting eight different communities and locations.
Our locality roadshows give us the opportunity to engage with our customers in their own neighbourhoods, walk the area and most importantly listen to our customers to understand how we can improve our services.
This summer our roadshows will focus on community safety, which was a priority theme that emerged from last year’s roadshow feedback.
We will be inviting customers to come along and meet their locality team and other local partner agencies who provide services in their community. This will help us, and our partners, build a better understanding of what is happening in their neighbourhoods and how we can work together to manage any issues.
We’re encouraging customers to attend their nearest roadshow to meet colleagues, ask questions, give feedback, speak to us about community safety concerns and get involved.
Below is where our 2024 customer roadshows will be taking place:
- Daventry – Friday 26 July
- Wiltshire – Saturday 3 August
- Gloucester – Thursday 8 August
- Dudley – Tuesday 13 August
- Birmingham – Thursday 15 August
- Chippenham – Tuesday 20 August
- Walsall – Thursday 5 September
- Banbury – Friday 6 September

Customers who attend a roadshow event will be entered into a prize draw to win £250 worth of shopping vouchers.
