We are delighted to announced that we have appointed Tansy Crowley-Sweet as our Director of Customer Experience.

Tansy will take up her new post on Monday 15 September bringing with her a wealth of experience of working in our sector and for private enterprise.

Currently, Tansy is employed as the Assistant Director of Customer at fellow housing association whg and has been there for over six years. Tansy’s first role within housing nine years ago was as the Customer 1st and Income Manager at The Pioneer Group in Birmingham having worked for a global manufacturing brand prior to this.

Commenting on her appointment, Tansy said: “I was attracted to the role of Director of Customer Experience because of GSA’s strong sense of purpose, clear vision, customer centricity and authenticity within their Simpler, Stronger, Better 2023-28 business strategy. The recruitment process was such a positive experience from start to finish, reaffirming that GSA would be a good fit for me culturally.”

Our Director of Customer Experience is responsible for our customer contact centre, complaints, customer engagement and ensuring we have customer feedback and insight to help shape our service delivery. Tansy will also work with our colleagues, customers and stakeholders as we shape and develop our customer investment strategy.  

In her new role, Tansy will report to our Interim Chief Customer Officer, Gary Hardy.
