Introducing Vicky Lancaster our new Finance Director

We’re pleased to welcome Vicky Lancaster who joined us as Finance Director on Tuesday 3 January 2023.

Vicky joins us from Bromford, where she headed up the financial planning and business partnering functions. She has over 10 years’ experience within the housing sector and is a chartered accountant who trained and qualified at KPMG.

Vicky said: “I have worked in the housing sector for many years, at both Bromford and Orbit.

“I really like the breadth and opportunity of my new role here at GreenSquareAccord. It’s been a very busy first couple of weeks getting to know the team and the organisation.

“I’m really looking forward to having the opportunity to get into some planning with my new team to collectively look at what we want to deliver over the next year and how we can really improve what we deliver as a finance function.

“I want to thank those colleagues who I’ve met already for being so welcoming and helpful and look forward to working with more of you over the coming months.”
