Our Director of Property joins us today

Our new Director of Property, Jason Holder, joins us today.

Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, our Director of Property is a new role within our Operations Directorate, which will bring together our Repairs and Maintenance with our Strategic Assets and Investment teams. This will create an integrated Property team delivering across our estate of more than 25,000 homes and 100 care and support schemes.

Jason brings a huge amount of experience in social housing with his most recent role being Executive Director of Asset Management and Regeneration at WATMOS Community Homes. In this position, Jason led their asset investment, repairs, compliance, and development teams.

Prior to this, Jason worked at Bromford Group for over 11 years. Throughout his time at Bromford Group Jason managed the portfolio management team, the investment planning and delivery team, and the repairs and maintenance team delivering services to their 45,000+ homes across 50 local authorities.

Jason has also held a voluntary non-executive independent board member position for 10 years at Stafford and Rural Homes, leading a successful transfer of Stafford Borough Council housing stock, and has acted as their health and safety champion.

“Jason is joining our Operations Leadership team in a key role, which will bring together our internal property expertise as well as utilising our contractors and partners. We have made great improvements in our property delivery over the last 12 months and through our strategy we have committed to do even more – to further invest in our homes and improve our customer offer.
