Reporting issues to us directly is the best way to resolve them
We always strive to be a great customer service provider, offering quality services quickly and easily to you.
At the same time we recognise that sometimes things can go wrong and you might have issues which you need to bring to our attention.
Some of you contact us through third parties when you’re looking to access help and support and we are happy and encourage you to do this if you feel unable to do so independently.
However, in recent months we have noticed sometimes third parties can look like legitimate ways to contact us directly because of the similar branding used on their websites for example.
