We are taking the lead on developing a new Strategic Fire Safety Group for social housing providers and local authorities who want to come together and share best practice on fire safety.
The group is aimed at Executive Directors, Directors and Heads of Service with fire safety responsibilities and will create a forum to share challenges, lessons learnt, best practice and innovative ideas.
The Strategic Fire Safety Group will focus on:
- Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs)
- Actions arising from FRAs and troubleshooting issues with delivery
- External Wall Surveys and deliverability of remediation actions
- Building Safety Act issues
- The impact of fire safety on Consumer Regulation
