Our Customer Choice Award is a way to celebrate great service as recognised by you, our customers.

At GSA, we value our customers' views and welcome feedback on our performance. We know there's always more that we can do, but we also recognise the great service that our colleagues provide. That’s why we’ve introduced our Customer Choice Award.

Our new Customer Choice Award lets you nominate a GSA colleague who has made a real difference to you or your community. They may have fixed something brilliantly, solved a tricky problem, or supported you in a time of need.

If someone has gone above and beyond for you, show your appreciation by nominating them for the Customer Choice Award.

Customers can nominate a colleague and find out more through our nomination page on our GSA website. Nominations open today (Monday 17 March) and close at 5pm on Friday 11 April.

To ensure this recognition truly reflects the experience of our customers, our Customer Panel will be responsible for selecting the winners of the award.
