For the third consecutive year we have been included in the list of the Biggest Builders compiled by leading trade publication Inside Housing.
The Top 50 Biggest Builders list the housing associations who are building the most homes in the UK.
Between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025 we delivered 355 homes across the West Midlands and South West England. This included 153 homes for affordable rent, 144 homes for social rent and 36 properties for low-cost homeownership. The remaining 22 were sold on the open market.
Mike Nolan, our Head of Development, said: “We are proud to have more than doubled the number of homes we provided for social rent last year compared to 2023/24.
“From the West Midlands to Wiltshire, we have built bungalows and apartments alongside two-, three- and four-bedroom houses to cater for a variety of housing need.
“I would like to thank all colleagues who have helped deliver these much-needed homes.”
Throughout 2024/2025 we delivered new homes in Chippenham, Telford, Didcot , Swindon and Wolverhampton.
Earlier this year we were awarded a GREEN grade, the highest grading available, following an independent audit of our development programme by Homes England.
