Redditch Regeneration

We are spearheading a £35 million regeneration project that is revitalising former industrial sites and a once-active social club into a vibrant community of affordable homes in the heart of Redditch.

We are leading on a £35million regeneration scheme which is transforming disused industrial sites and a former social club into a  thriving community of affordable homes in the heart of Redditch.

The redevelopment of two roads near Redditch train station, Edward Street and Britten Street, will see 175 high-quality affordable homes built by our in-house construction team.

Sustainability is at the heart of this regeneration project with 12 innovative virtually plastic-free homes on Edward Street alongside cycle storage and electric vehicle charging points available at Victoria Works and Passingham Place.

LoCaL Homes, an award-winning offsite housing solution manufacturer, are a key delivery partner for this regeneration project providing pre-fabricated timber panels to build the homes across the sites.

By building using sustainable, low carbon materials the homes will achieve a reduced overall energy demand resulting in lower heating bills for the occupants.
